Orders & Shipping
Can I change my order before it ships?
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your request and order number.
We will always try our best to accommodate any requests, however, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to recall it.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process orders within 2-3 working days and the order is then dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times can vary depending on your location. You can keep up-to-date on your shipping with your tracking code.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier partner with your tracking details.
*Please note, the tracking can sometimes take a day or two to update
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the UK and Europe. Please check our shipping page for our rates.
Why have I been charged taxes & duties?
Please be aware that orders travelling outside of the UK may incur customs charges/duties that require payment from the customer.
This is standard procedure for individuals importing items such as sporting goods into a country and are calculated according to the local import regulations in that country.
You may receive an email from our courier partner or local customs regarding paying the additional charges before customs release your order.
Failure to pay such duties will often result in the order being held and destroyed and could incur further charges for the customer.
These customs charges will be eligible whichever shipping method or courier we use - we cannot therefore adhere to requests to use a different shipping method to try and avoid charges as this will be unsuccessful.
These charges vary by country and are subject to change and we cannot predict what they will be.
How can I return my order?

My product is faulty, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you encounter a fault with your PAYNTR Golf product, please email our team at info@payntrgolf.co.uk with your order number, images of your product and a description of the issue.
All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.

What are the differences with your footwear?
Spikeless Footwear
The X-001 F uses a microfibre upper while the X-002 LE is a full grain leather. The performance attributes are the same. Both models offer a dual durometer midsole, carbon fibre propulsion plate, and 3D traction.
The X-003 F is a synthetic leather upper with a single durometer midsole. It still uses PMX Foam but does not offer the dual density offered in the X-001 F and X-002 LE. The X-003 F still offers a propulsion plate, 3D traction, and the NeverWet benefits offered in the other models.
The X-005 F is the newest addition to our spikeless range. It has the same performance benefits as the X-001 F and X-002 LE but adds a Nitrogen infused footbed and our PMX fit moulded heel counter.
Spiked Footwear
The X-004 RS and X-006 RS offer the sam benefits but with different materials. Both shoes use a microfibre upper, however, the X-004 RS has a PMX fit moulded heel counter. They also both have the NeverWet benefits and 3D traction.
The only differences are the X-004 RS has a carbon fibre propulsion plate and dual durometer midsole, whilst the X-006 RS has a Pebax propulsion plate and a single durometer midsole.
Are your shoes true to size?
Most of our PAYNTR Golf shoes are true to size. Please check the individual product pages where we have added a recommendation to size up or down if required.

Can I buy replacement spikes?
Unfortunately, we do not stock replacement spikes. The X-004 RS and X-006 RS come with Softspikes Tour Flex Pro spikes. If you need to replace any, we recommend checking with your local golf shop or you can purchase them directly from Softspikes website.
How can I best look after my golf shoes?
To ensure your golf shoes keep their look, performance and comfort, it's important that they are properly looked after between rounds.
Before your round
For our spiked golf shoes, you should check to ensure the spikes are secure and not broken, making sure they are not over-tightened.
To protect the heel counter and prolong the comfort of the shoes, we recommend using a shoe horn when putting PAYNTR Golf shoes on.
After your round
Clean off any dirt using a cloth/soft brush, water and soap if required. Allow to dry at room temperature. Do not dry in direct sunlight or with a drier to protect the upper and outsole materials.
If you're shoes become wet, ensure they are cleaned as soon as possible and then newspaper placed inside whilst they dry at room temperature.
