We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice.

If you return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

UK customers can request a free returns label on orders over £74.99 to exchange items for a different size if you change your mind or they don't fit within 14 days. To start an exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
UK customers with orders under £74.99 can request to exchange items for a different size if you change your mind or they don't fit within 14 days. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first reuqesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers outside of the UK looking to exchange will need to return their item for a refund and buy the repalcement they require from our website.
Exchanges can take up to 5 working days after being recieved to be processed and a replacement item will then be sent out. We will notify you when your replacement item has been shipped and you should receive a notificatoin from our courier regarding delivery.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you are paying through a payment provider, the refund may stay in your account with the payment prodider. Please check with the payment provider if you are still waiting for your refund.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you are still waiting for your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon recepetion and contact us immediately at email@example.com with images and a description if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reason, including gloves and socks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a fault with your PAYNTR Golf product, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, images of your product and a description of the issue.
All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.
RETURNS FROM RETAILERS
Any PAYNTR Golf products purchased from a retail shop or another website (any website that isn't payntrgolf.co.uk) must be returned to the retailer you purchased from.
You must contact the retailer directly and PAYNTR Golf are unable to intefere with retailers' returns policies and their decisions.
